White Arrow Land Works was founded by Tom Boczar and Bob Molt. Tom is a retired Army Lieutenant Colonel who brings a practical, hands on approach along with military precision and accountability to agricultural service, excavation and land shaping in Richland.
Bob Molt contributes over 30 years of heavy equipment operation experience, with practical field knowledge that keeps projects moving efficiently from the first cut to the final grade.
Between the two of them, the team brings over 40 years of combined heavy equipment operation experience to every job, from new home site prep and drainage to vineyard maintenance and land clearing.
Tom approaches each project with care, paying attention to the land, the goals of the customer, and the details that help a job come together smoothly. The focus stays on honest service, steady communication, and results that support the long term use of the property, with both owners directly involved on site.
