White Arrow Land Works was founded by Tom Boczar and Bob Molt. Tom, a retired Army Lieutenant Colonel, brings military precision and accountability to every project. Bob brings over 30 years of hands on heavy equipment and land management experience.

Between them, the team carries over 40 years of heavy equipment operation experience, working new home site prep, drainage, land shaping and agricultural maintenance across the Tri-Cities.
